Kipp Bradford, Founder & President
Kipp is an entrepreneur, inventor, semi-pro cyclist (even in the snow!), Brown University Engineering faculty, MAKE advisory board member & occasional MAKE online tech editor. He volunteers on the AS220, RIMOSA, and Athenaeum boards in Rhode Island. He previously served on The Steel Yard board, and was the co-founding CTO of several startups including LeotusAC and Bionica. He struggles to maintain general misfit status, and enjoys the unknown possibilities of creating something out of nothing!
Mari Anne Snow, Chief Operating Officer

Mari Anne serves on the board of Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology (WEST) and the advisory board of Jornata, LLC. On a windy day, you may find her and her husband Charlie sailing on Tough Old Bird, the Contessa-35 that they are renovating.
Zhong Gao, Lead Engineer
Brown alum, sourcing specialist, mechanical engineer, bike archer (ask for video), hitchhiker, food server, Mandarin Chinese tutor, amateur video editor and overall eclectic. Zhong enjoys observing people and noting their freudian slips!
Harry Johnson, Electrical Engineer
Harry is an electronics prodigy, but will never admit it in public! He is a future Electrical Engineering student at Stanford University, former Physics major, and homeschooler. Harry would make a great civil engineer, as he enjoys constructing and maintaining backcountry trails, particularly building staircases out of rocks. The EE world is fortunate to have him though, especially since Harry is better and faster than the Eagle auto router.
Design and engineering whiz , Ramya is also a student at Brown University. She somehow figured out all our social networking needs, and can be found keeping the conversation lively on the kippkitts Facebook page.
